Thanks Aunty Helen.
I am a student who came from Calgary to process my passport. From the way Aunty Helen spoke to me on the phone before my arrival, and the treatment i received when i got to the mission is amazing. I got my passport in 2 hours and went back same day with the evening flight, which had never been done in previous years. Aunty Helen you are the BEST !

Thank you Nigeria Immigration Department.
I want to specially thank the Head of the Nigeria Immigration Department for sending the two Officers posted to Canada. Madam Helen and her colleague are doing Nigerians here in Canada very proud. Our passports are issued the same day faster than most Embassies for no extra charges. There is a lot of hope for Nigeria considering the efforts these two officers put into their work.
Long Live Nigeria !

GOOD SERVICE IN VISA SECTION
I am not a Nigeria but last year I visited the Embassy for a Business Visa application. The lady I spoke with for visa section was so wonderful on the phone, very professional and respectful. The process was very fast that it was with my previous applications. Please keep up the good job.
So proud to see some Nigerian are working to make changes of the past negativity.
YES IT IS VERY IMPORTANT THAT THE RECEPTIONIST PICKS UP ALL INCOMING CALLS ALL THE TIME. THE LINE IS ALWAYS ON THE ANSWERING MACHINE.
Wish you all the best!

Heartfelt Greetings.
I feel so great to be a Nigerian once again in Canada.
Many thanks to Helen. The good news about your devoted service to Nigerians in the Passport Unit of the High Commission is spreading like wild fire. I did not believe I would get my Passport the same day, but it happened. Please keep it up and continue the new Nigeria spirit.
Thanks to you gyes.

GRATITUDE
I waited to post my comments in the New Year, and to wish the two immigration officers well. Please continue the good work you have started in the Nigeria High Commission, Ottawa. Every Nigerian coming to the Mission has experienced a dramatic change and relief by your presence at the Mission. I want to especially thank Madam Helen for being firm and very professional. Many thanks to the Immigration Department and the Big Boss too.

Change 2011
What a wonderful and amiable new lady at the Nigeria High commission - Mrs Helen.
I want to thank whoever that posted you to Canada, for sending you here to help us out. I was perplexed at the quality of service I received when I came in for my passport this week, and the surprise came when i got my passport in just 2 hours of coming into the mission. This is unheard of in that building. Thanks to you and your colleague for the good work.

Amazing Change
Wow! Can't still believe it, but its real that these two new Immigration officers - Helen and Tony have drastically changed the image of our High commission in Ottawa. I was there for my passport, and got it within an hour. Thanks for the change and great service.

Madam Helen and Oga Tony symbol of change at the NHC Ottawa
Madam Helen and Oga Tony,
Words are inadequate to describe the surprise that i got when i visited the NHC Ottawa today 13/12/2011. I am still in awe at the reception, very high level of professionalism and service that i got when i went to get a new passport at the embassy. I still have not come to the terms with the fact that i was able to get my passport in less that three hours after i entered the office. Everybody i told before i left Calgary to Ottawa about my mission to Ottawa told me to forget about getting my passport same day But Mrs Helen and Mr. Tony did not only prove them wrong but they also did it in a record time, less than three hours. I can only pray that all the shameless immigration officers posted to Nigeria missions in other countries will read these comments that are coming for a colleague of theirs and bury their heads in shame.
I can only pray that the good Lord who alone is Jehovah will remember you both in your times of need and ensure that the Holy Spirit will be at alert concerning both of you and will cause men to favor you from the north, south, east and west.
Your labour of love for Nigerians in canada will nevr be in vain IJN, Amen
Biodun.

Thank you so much.
I was looking for where to post my comments, until i found this page.
I just want to say thank you to Madam Helen and Tony for changing the face of the Nigeria high Commission in Ottawa. We have had it so rough, but with your coming to Canada, Nigerians can attest to a great change at the mission. Once again, i say a big thank you. I want to specially thank Madam Helen for her jokes and all the efforts she puts in to get our passports out.
Nigerians are all saying 'there is a big change'
We are very grateful indeed.
