FM3 Renewal
Can I renew my FM3 acquired in LaPaz BCS from my home in the US either online or by coming to a Mexican consulate in the US? It is due to be renewed by Feb. 3, but cannot make it to Mexico...what are the fines for being late?

Visa Information
Your phone system does not allow someone to get information on obtaining a visa. Instead, it merely sends caller through your automated system in a circle that never ends, just repeating itself.

I suggest someone (and I realize that probably no one actually cares) call from home, as an experiment, and you will see what I mean.

It is like a Merry Go Round (but not very merry).
