A good friend of mine got caught by ICE back in Sept,there are a few legal things in the way but he has been here for about 12yrs and has already applyed for Resedincey. They have not told him weather he is getting a deported or released here! Please help ASAP!!! Thanks
Can I get a FM3 from the New Orleans embassy.
I am married to an illegal immigrant and we have begun the process and so far the I-130 has been accepted but now I am reading he can face a 10 year ban from re-entering the united states. I dont think we would qualify for any of the "extreme hardships" anyone have the same situation or any suggestions?

I am from Mexico but am a permante resident of the US, my passport expired a month ago, do I have to go in person or can a application be mailed, faxed or emailed to me to renew. Also is there anyway to track the number of times and days that I traveled outside the US in the last five years.
