hi,
I visited Capago offices today in order to submit visa application for my daughter, and was deeply disappointed by inefficiency and poor training of Capago staff in Sandton.
Despite having Appointment at 3p.m we were only seen at 4 p.m and both ladies at the desk clearly did not know what they were doing.
Bank letter signed by my bank manager stating my financial position was flatly refused and they demanded 3 months bank statement instead. Also despite my and my husbands certified documents and my daughter Unabridged Birth certificate they demanded Letter from my daughter school.
As we'll be traveling to Trieste from Belgrade, Serbia by car, they also asked for my car rental booking.
In my years of traveling and obtaining different visas for my daughter I was never asked for this documents nor does Capago site makes note of them.please confirm that this IS necessary and I'll gladly oblige.
