Travelling to Italy on an invitation letter
I'm a Namibia. I would like to know if my visa would be processed if the person who has invited me to Italy is not Italian citizen but a US citizen who is temporary stationed in Italy?

Unable to download an Italian visa application form
I urgently need to apply for an Italian visum but remain unable to download the application form.

As I will be attending a conference, I suppose I need to apply for a business visa. Is that correct.

Thank you.

Visa extention
Dear Sir ,

My daughter obtained a visa on the 4th of December 2017 , with her application we have submitted the relevant two tickets indicating that she will travel to Italy in two stages and this was explained accordingly to the lady handling the application. She now returned from here first trip and we were not informed that she can not travel back again as she have to wait another 90 days and then can only reapply before she can go back. This is not what was explained to us previously in that the visa is valid for 180days and she can not stay longer that 90 days at a time but can re enter after she spend a few days out side the country accordingly. Not only was we misinformed but spend a lot of money on the relevant tickets ! This is very difficult for us as she resigned her work , sold her car to be able to join her Fiance as he is now playing rugby in Florence accordingly for the next two years. Our other concern is that he have moved all her cloths and personal effects already over to Italy and just returned to SA with a small suitcase of cloths also phoned in and the lady explained that she will be able to go on the 14th as the visa is valid till 4th of June and it is for multi entries. She is only not aloud to stay more than 90days at a time - her first stay was 89 days and she will be going now for 77 days only?

She already had applied for work in Italy and would on her return received her contract that she is now unable to get. I have contacted the consulate in Johannesburg but a very rude lady was not prepared to assist me at all.

They are getting married in 1st June 2019 as it was not possible to get married before as he already left the country. he is expending his current contract with another two years.
Can you kindly indicate what we need to do to get this fixed? Can we kindly arrange an appointment with you to explain our problem ? I will really appreciated your assistance .

Ancestry through great grandmother
My great grandmother was born in Italy and came to South Africa aged 19 following her parents who had been in SA working. Would they have automatically naturalised as SA citizens thereby not being able to pass their citizenship on to my grandmother and mother. Would I be eligible to apply.

Foods of the World
Good day Italian embassy

I work as an Educator at a primary school in centurion and we are hosting a fundraising event in two weeks from now called the "Foods of the World" and selected Italy as one of the countries whose food we would like to promote and sell.

I would hereby want to humbly ask for any kind of assistance in this matter even if its just some decorations to make this stall stand out above the rest.

Your assistance would be greatly appreciated. You can contact me at the following email address, lewi_b@yahoo.com

Yours in education
Mr. L. Barendse
