You could only seek assistance from embassy if you do not have Passport. We will give you a temporary document so that you could bring this up to Immigration of Malaysia for further investigation.If you have don't have visa or overstayed, you have to explain to them how this happened.Immigration will cross check if you have violated Malaysian Immigration Law.
Immigration will decide course of action including hefty penalty,arrest,jail terms even caning. FINAL decision comes from Malaysian Immigration NOT Embassy.
Hi sir,
Jz need some clearification. according to immigresen ,this ppl have no visa and overstayed.and few of them is been blacklisted and few dont have passport.
when i checked with immigration, they advice me to seek indian emmbassy help to send them back.
which department should i refer to in this case at ur embassy.

Sir mere paas permit hai ,but paasport nahi hai, january month mera permit expire ho jaaye ga, aap mujhe bta sakte ho ki mai ghr kaise ja sakta hu,
