mbc is not helping i report modiji mbc bring my fren to patrajaya imigreytion and imigreytion arreest my fren he run away big problem now he in kajang prison mbc not tell when release mbc not helping very very bad mbc . mbc is not safe my fren infront mbc eye arreest imigreytion but mbc say no help mbc is bad very very bad i report to modiji . mbc jhooth
If you have overstayed,you will be subjected an investigation from Immigration Department. You need to explain how you be became illegal / overstayed or even lost passport. Please bear in mind, any false information will be subject to criminal conduct as Immigration will cross check with relevant authorities, entry point ,employer etc.
If you have overstayed or has expired work permit, please refer yourself to the nearest Immigration office. If you have intentionally became illegal you will subjected to the Malaysian Immigration Law.
Immigration would decide the next course of action including hefty penalty,arrest,jail terms even caning. FINAL decision comes from Malaysian Immigration NOT Embassy.

sir and maam we are coming from jaipur since june tourist visa we are live in fear everyday police prablem and embasy said go to emigration . we are fear because one person in peka nanas depot after emigration catching last week. currently location batu pahat email me sadik474@gmail.com
I just want to know what are the process of special pass and what is the fees of that pass I want to knew in Indian currency.so please pay attention towards my requested message.my friend is there in Malaysia he went there through tourist visa now he stayed there for 2 months.so tell me how much the fine will be he paid in Indian ruppes.he is suffering from allergy there ,so his parents n he wants to came back to India.
