Student visa
I am a french student and I will start to study in Kolkatta at the Indian Institut of Mangement from september to october.

I have to face an issue, that is I cannot start to apply for a student visa now because I have to start the administrative procedure within the 30 days before the beginning of my lessons (3rd of september).

During those 30 days before the beginning of my lessons I will be in Malaisia, therefore, my question is: Can I make my administrative procedure for the student visa in your ambassade in Malaisia even if I am french?

I saw some informations on the internet that say that it is possible, you will need my passport and transfert it to the Indian ambassade in Paris and then they will let you know if you can make my student visa or not. I will need confirmation of this information, please.

I am a french student currently doing my studies in Taiwan. I would like to go to India the last two weeks of july. As there are no Indian embassy in Taiwan, i am going to Kuala Lumpur end of june. Is it still possible to get a tourist visa with simple entry at the Indian embassy of Kuala Lumpur or not anymore ?

I am currently studying at KL for six months (until June), then I ll have to do a two-months internship (July & August). I would like to do this internship in India but I wanted to know if it's possible to make my visa here in Malaysia even if i have the French nationality.
