HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
You never do get your passport on time. My sister applied for her passport since June 11, it has now been one month since and exactlyfour sdays and still no passport when they told her she'll receive it in a month. We're suppose to travel next week and now we're stuck. I prefer being a American citizen because when they two weeks they stick to their word but Haitian has issues keeping their words. I'm going to do them a big favor and take it to Help me Howard since i work at the court house with Howard.

No One There
I would love to know why do we have a consulate if it is an empty house because they never answer the phone it just like in Haiti for you to see somebody in a public establishment you have to have "a Parrain" to introduce you. When would we learn to function just like any civilize country. ( Have a receptionist there to answer the phone the consulate is a business that deserve to be treated as suchy

I tried to call the Consulate in Boston to see if it was the same, someone picked up the phone immediately. Why can't the Miami Branch have the same service.?

I AM NOT HAITIAN
I am not Haitian, but the way MIAMI consulate conduct business is proof of why the country is the way it is. If you can't take care of such simple affairs , how on earth can you govern a country effectively. A country's greatest resource is its people,if you cant respect each other and treat each other with dignity how do you expect the world to treat you.

NO ONE ANSWER THE PHONE
I RENEWED MY PASSPORT WITH YOU FOLKS OVER 2 MONTHS AGO. I REQUESTED URGENT 2 WEEKS DELIVERY IT IS NOW 2 MONTHS AND I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY PASSPORT. TO ANSWER EVERYONE'S QUESTION ON WHY NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE THAT BECAUSE THEY TURN THE RINGER OFF ON ALL THE PHONES IN THE OFFICE,I WITNESSED MULTIPLE CALLS COMING THROUGH THE LINE (BLINKING RED LIGHTS) WHEN I ASKED THE YOUNG LADY IF SHE IS NOT GOING TO ANSWER, SHE SAID THAT'S NOT HER JOB. THESE PEOPLE ARE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, AND COULD CARE LESS ABOUT THE SERVICE THEY PROVIDE. STILL NO ETA ON PASSPORT
