I have been trying to contact your office and cannot reach anyone. I sent the money and my passport to you and have not recieved anything back. Please call me at 915-833-0879. I have call the Miami office several times on getting my birth certificate , and either the office does not pick up my call or if so rudely answered and not given enough time to explain my situation , I gave my email and phone number to some lady to receive paper work on file for the birth certificate and never received it or a call back, and Everytime I call back everyone tells me something different ! I don't understand why a government office doesn't answer the phone. People are calling to get information but no gives a damn to answer the calls. What kind of business is this? Who is in charge? Why are they not doing their job? Whyare they still in charge? Something needs to be done. We will not accept this!!
Hi, I had renew my passport November 05,2013.i had paid an urgent money order of $123 +$15 to receive by mail but until this day February 25,2014 still no response.
