help !!!
I have call the Miami office several times on getting my birth certificate , and either the office does not pick up my call or if so rudely answered and not given enough time to explain my situation , I gave my email and phone number to some lady to receive paper work on file for the birth certificate and never received it or a call back, and Everytime I call back everyone tells me something different ! This frustration , I need this document because I'm trying to get my brother out of foster care !!! Please call me 7173758208 or email the correct document at kline.katia0@gmail.com

No answer
I don't understand why a government office doesn't answer the phone. People are calling to get information but no gives a damn to answer the calls. What kind of business is this? Who is in charge? Why are they not doing their job? Whyare they still in charge? Something needs to be done. We will not accept this!!

Dear Consulate- General, I was recently involved in a car accident with one of your staff diplomat drivers, Jean Sachiel Termilus, as he was driving a 2009 Linvoln Navigator, addressed and registered to the Hatian Consulate. This is of an urgant matter, as I have been trying to reach him well as StateFarm. Please have him contact me through my email mel.alba1@gmail.com and contact your insurance company. Thank you.

My boss needs to speak with Consulate driver, Shavou; however, I've mispalaced the number. Ive attempted to reach your office various times, to no avail. Can someone please call our office (305-521-3617) and speak with Claudia, to provide her with Shanvou's number? this is of an urgent nature.
