I was told by a friend in Ecuador that the residency requirement of remaining in the country for 9 months out of the year for the first 2 years is no longer in effect. Is that true?
Hello, I received a phone call from an aunt in Ecuador who tells me that if I was born in Ecuador but later became an USA Citizen, I must have a Cedula and Ecuador passport in order to enter or exit Ecuador? Is this correct? what about military service requirements?
