Falta comunicacion....
Buenas tardes. No quieren ayudar gente estadounidense par nada? Lastima. Ate, John

Living in Ecuador
Hi
First, your emails are not working.I tried emailing couple of your consulates and i kept getting messsges that the email is not right. Hi Sir/Madam,
I am a citizen of Sudan considering moving to live in Ecuador. Would it easy for me to get residency there or become a citizen later and what are the requirements. Also, would be able to have a business there and buy property.

Best regards,

Thanks

Please help me visit your beautiful country!
Hello,

I'm writing because I'm very confused about how to get into your country. I booked a one-way flight to Quito but afterwards learned that I must have a RT ticket or I won't even be allowed to get on a plane. The reason I booked one-way was because I wasn't sure where I was going afterwards. I've had several ideas in mind but have wanted to take time pondering my decision.

One person I know is knowledgeable about touring Ecuador, but when she writes me there are still many "if's" and "maybe's" in her emails. She went to your country on a tourist visa plus a one-way ticket. She suggested to me that I should get a visa myself. That's fine, but she also said that the ticket taker may have not looked at her airline reservation carefully as she was boarding the plane (or he didn't care). Despite her good intentions, none of what she's told me answers my questions definitively. So what do I do? I know I cannot spend more than three months in your country if I don't have a visa.

Let me be a bit more specific in my questions:

1. If I get a tourist visa, can I keep my one-way ticket? Or do I need a RT ticket in addition to the visa?

2. What do I need to do to get a visa? Is it difficult? Some people tell me that it is. Why?

Thank you for your prompt response. My plane is scheduled to leave on December 13.
