I am US citizen, retired and my wife is Ecuadorian. I like to start the Ecuadorian residence process I don's know if it is better to do it while we are in US or in Ecuador, please comment
Hello! I am a nonresident in Ecuador who owns a condo property there - the property was bought by an individual without the consent and help from the wife. Now when I want to sell the same property do I need to have a affidavit of my wife authorizing the sale and the same notarized by the consulate of Ecuador? Thank you sir kindly
New law just signed 180 day visa to visit. I was just there have 28 days left on T3 . May I return in March and get 180 days??

Tuve la oportunidad de hablar por telefono con el consulado de Ecuador en Houston me dieron una web www.consuladovirtual.gob.ec que es la plataforma virtual desde 2015 Deben registar sus datos y selecionar el tramite de sus documentos de viajes antes de ir al consulado de Ecuador.
