I am trying to contact someone at the Ecuadorian consulate. The email address that I have found so far to date does not seem to be recognized, so I am unable to send an email to someone to get me some help. I tried calling the phone number and I did not get a live person. I also have not gotten any return phone calls. I’m trying to acquire some documents I need in order to sell some land in Ecuador. I really would appreciate it if someone would get a hold of me. Could you at least update your email address on the Ecuadorian consulate web page?
I am going to Ecuador next month and am concerned about the automatic tourist visa I will receive at the airport. Recently I heard about a new health care change and I would like to find out if the new law applies to tourists just going on holiday for a couple of weeks.
Any information you could give me regarding this topic would be greatly appreciated

Terrible servicio..... mal hecho todo y mal presentado. Ese sitio tiene que ser renovado y el consul y todos los mediocres trabajando ahi deberian ser DESPEDIDOS. Por que tan mal servicio?? Por que???? No hay quien atienda telefonos, hacer esperar horas de horas para nada y no hay informacion. Como se le hace???? Como?

El servicio en este lugar es demasiadamente malo, nomas se la pasan paseandose por el pasillo con una lentitudad que ya no pueden mas con su vida..
Mas de una hora esperando por un simple pasaporte..
Pero para cobrar son número uno!!!
Deberian cambiar de personal por uno mas competente y que sepa lo que esta haciendo.
Alguien puede por favor confirmar el telefono correcto? o en caso de ir, atienden por cita o por ticket?
