El dia viernes llame a la oficina y nadie contesto por consiguiente mande un email al cual aun no he recibido contestacion alguna. El dia de hoy, Lunes 6 de Julio sigo llamando y no contestan. Se que el dia 11 de Agosto estaran en Dallas con el consulado movil, no se si esa es la razon a que no contesten el telefono en Houston. Necesito me contesten al menos mi email con mis preguntas acerca de los documentos que quiero traminar que no estan en el listado de los tramites que ofrecera el consulado movil en Dallas; quiero saber si es posible que yo pueda hacer ese tramite aqui cuando ustedes vengan. Por favor den prioridad a contestar las preguntas que les mandamos por email, no entiendo la razon porque no contestan el telefono.
My sister and I are planning to retire in Ecuador soon, and had gotten all of the documents from government agencies, with all of the necessary Secretary of State verifications. With less than three weeks before our departure we were told that Ecuador had changed some rules and our documents needed to be sent to the Houston Consulant .. when I called to get procedures, I was assisted by a delightful and knowledgable young lady named Varonica .. who helped make a stressful time very smooth. People are so kind, and makes me realize again why we love Ecuador and it's people so passionately .. Thank you Varonica!!!
Yesterday (May 07 2015) I called the consulate for information on taking my children to Ecuador. The first time I called Enrique answered the phone. He explained me what I needed to do. He also asked me to send him my email because he wanted to make sure the information he gave was correct. He emailed me back the same day. All I can say is that my first experience with the consulate was excellent.

The staff has always been very helpful on the telephone or at their office. I think they do their job very professional and have been prompt.

This has to be the worst service ever. You guys have a number never answer emails and only have an answering machine that does not work. A person can literally be having a life emergency and the service you guys offers is horrible the worst as and ecuadorian I am ashamed to be represented so poorly.!!!!!!!!!!!! Houston Texas is such a disappointment!!!!
