Help me guide me is this real or fake scam I should rply or not.

i want to know about invitation letter
my brother is inviting me oh his marriage. he live in canada. can i apply with scanned invitation notarized letter or do i need original invitation letter to submit my file in vfs office. i confirmed with 1 visa consultant they told me scaaned copy is fine, i m little bit confused.....

Few day ago i got job Opportunity behalf Hotel Association of Canada.
they sent to me Application & interview Form and then i filled it and sent it back to them.
After some day i got Appointment letter hebalf of Hotel association of Canada as a post of Sales Bar.
According Company Work Visa, Accommodation, Medical provide by Company.
i got mail behalf High Commssion of Canada and follow instruction according them.
as per concert of this Job i need to help for verification of this Job that is it feck or genuine.?
please help me.if it right then i want to go further for visa Process
