There are two dedicated help lines phones line for calling in order to visa related information and taking appointments for submission of passports.
After constantly trying for last two week I have failed to talk through help lines.
I have a serious issues in getting appointments to submit passports . Despite applited for appointments through email I have not received the appointment date and couldn't contact with boby to know the reason of delaying.
Pls advise how I get support from the office of Canadian embassy in Bangladesh to get the appointment for submission of my passport to VFS center in Dhaka.
