As regard this, the Hotel Management has contacted the Home Office here for your visa application and they have appointed immigration personnel in your country over there for the easy acquisition of your visa.
Moreover, diplomatic personnel have been appointed in Canada consulate affairs to be in charge of your visa processing. We request you to comply with him and do as directed by him. He is the one that will let you know all the visa processing procedures.
Be informed that you have to bear your traveling documents expenses (visa fee) upfront to prove your commitment and readiness to work with our organization. I have received a mail from my embassy who told you should get HSIPC certificate. So that means what?
Dear Immigrant,
Good Day to you We received a mail here in Canada Embassy Mumbai Indian, regarding your visa processing. more over clarification has been made regarding your offer of employment with Bird Construction Company Canada, the management have contact us and send your three years working permit visa petition on your behalf to the Embassy through courier. and Canada Home Land have made an agreement with them to issue your visa within 10-20 working days from the day of application after your issue your visa, we are going to send the copy of your visa to Canada. Embassy in Canada immediately they we contact you to immediately move with then along with your passport copy for your visa stamping.
Visa application should be accompanied by the following documents:
1) Duly filled in application form; printout of the attached visa application form and send to the embassy with your fees payment slip.
2) Passport (valid for at least three months after the declared exit date from Canada and contains at least two spare pages);
3) Copies of all pages of the applicant`s valid passport that contain any information such as: passport data, residence address, data of the parents and spouses, visas and entry/exit stamps;
4) Two recent passport size photographs with matt or semi matt finish, 80% face coverage, white background and without border (Size: 50mm x 50mm)
Please note: The Photograph should not be more than 3 months old, scanned/stapled and should not be used in any of the previous visas.
5) Signed Offer letter and Sponsorship Approval of your new contract. And your previous company employment offer letter
Applications without all of these items will not be accepted.
It is important to pay the correct fee as paying the incorrect amount will cause delays in processing.
Notice, Applicant for Work Permit need to pay $930 Canadian Dollars you have to fill up the visa application and scan it back to me along with your payment slip of $930 Canadian Dollars Equivalent to Rs.47,400 India Rupee. to avoid any delay of your visa processing.
We also want to inform you that cash payment is not allow for outsider applicant you have to deposit request amount through the bank we request applicant to contact us for correspondent account to remit there fees.
Note : If any of your family member is also traveling along with you then you need to send there documents (Scan Passport Copy and Passport Size photograph) and separate visa form have to be filled by them.
Under 14 or over 79 years old, or if you previously received a Canada visa that expired within the last 48 months or 12 months and you are returning to the Canada for the same purpose of travel, you may be able to obtain a visa without coming to the consulate for an interview.
