IMMEDIATE HELP PLEASE
I'm American Citizen and I need immediate help with young Somali refugee at Dadaab camp who was on his way to Nairobi in order to check his immigration process at Nairobi. Unfortunately, before he reached to Nairobi he get arrested to Garissa Kenya. After I communicate with him they were told to paid money in order to release him and I am sure Kenya police asked refugee Innocent people money to paid even if they don't do something wrong. I know the child was registered as refugee camp and he has been refugee camp almost last 10 years. I am not sure why they asking the minor child money that he could not afford.
Thanks

Scholarship
I am a humble Kenya citizen aged 20 years. I completed my high school education (A LEVEL) 2011 and I managed to score C+ in Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education. Currently I am pursuing Education Arts (C.R.E & HISTORY AND GOVERNMENT) in Bondo University College and I am in my first academic year under a sponsor of a good Samaritan who unfortunately passed on two months ago.Due to this I found it necessary to take this chance to look for any other well wisher to kindly assist me to overcome the problem which I am just about to experience.I have both parents who unable to raise even a third of my school fees which is 120,000 Shillings per academic year ($1412).
In case of any, please help.

Yours Faithfully,
Lucy A. Owuor

asking for resetlement
dear sir/madam . i'm congolese refugee living since 1998.i was victim of persecution because of my doubt nationality, discrimination and so far that why i fled DR CONGO to look a place to call home.in fact,my later father is luba kasai and my mother was rwandese.in 1997,when president MOBUTU was chased to power the new president was allied to RWANDISE,BURUNDISE,UGANDESE after their breaking in alliance in 1998,trouble and unfair situation started in my life.among family with doubting nationality i was victimized by my neighbours because my family accomodated some rwandese as my parent was known with them.that's make us our lives rockly until one night our house was invaded by unknown person as result my parent were killed and my two young brothers.they taken me far ,i was tortured, traumatized, beaten to death.after obtaining my refugee status,my life became unavaible because i have limited freedom of movement, fear of being hunted down by unknown people.i'm not accepted by fellow congolese.yours faithful
