Tollen Community Education Centre is registered under Community Based Organization (CBO) Started by founder director Tom Nyakundi Bongoye to offer free formal/Non-Formal Education support program and home for orphans,destitute and street children to the under privile ged children in the society.
people in the surounding areas within satellite,mutuine,waithaka etc are poor people who mainly survive in local beer brewing and small busness women who was left single with their husband becouse of HIV/AIDS.This is the reason why we thought it neessary to start this program around here to mentor and care for our future leaders who will fight for better nation.
The prolems that we are currently fancing are scarcity of Food staff, shelter,c lothing, expanssion of infrastructure,lab,rent,teachers salaries and double beds.
