My fiancee is applying for a Visitor Visa. She contacted someone in the Guangzhou consulates office. They told her unless she has at least $300,000.00 rmb in her account the visa will not be approved. She owns a home and has a 13 yr old son so she has a reason not to defect. Plus I have given her a sponsorship letter for the consulate guaranteeing return to China. For the benefit of her family we will marry in China and later apply for a spousal visa.
Can anyone aswer my question about the monetary requirement ??? Thank you Lew
If I come over there and stay 3 months and marry a Chinese woman will we at that time be able to get a visa for her to return to the US with me?
