My letters of complaint were totally ignored
In additional to the above comments, I have sent another follow-up letter and up to now
still no response. I wonder if they deal with complaints at all, or give any attention to
this column. Can anyone tell me what other channels I should take to draw their
attention or at least have the courtesy to give me a reply.

My letter of complaint dated March 14,2013 against the security staff
I have sent a letter of complaint to the American Consulate General, Hong Kong
about mid March and up the now I have received no response!
