turn to have her.My daughter was born on St.Thomas U.S.V.I. Dec 9th 1997 her birth certificate number (i have a copy) is 038561 under file # 153-97-000994. Her mother left with all her original documents (passport, birth certificate s.s card etc.) She has been acknowledged by me in the netherlands Antilles (St.maarten) Mother name geneverba antonia serra. she refuse to deliver the documents to me. Please assist me in getting her document in order for me to register her in the census and get her into shool
