Poor Customer Service By Receptionist
I am extremely disappointed because this morning I called the US Embassy in Haiti to request information about the E recruitment website being unavailable or not working and the receptionist who answered the phone came on the phone with such an attitude and not very receptive. I called back after she had transferred me a first time because the transfer she sent me on first did no one picked up the phone so, the second call back I explained to her nobody has answered the phone can she please transfer me to somebody or an IT personal to explain to me why is the site not working then she came on “oh what is your problem” so please, if you’re going to have somebody to represent the institution have somebody that is willing and ready to have great customer service. I was extremely disappointed this morning by the level of service just buy a simple phone call in the asking a simple question why is that your Erecruitment site not available or not functioning the way it should be

I have sponsored a young lady in Cap Haitien for several years. She is now in nursing school. Her boyfriend who she would like to marry is educated. He tells me if he could obtain a US visa it would help him to get work in Haiti. Can you help me to understand this?

I am really sorry that you have experienced all these issues with Haitian people in your community. There are all kinds of people in all cultures, this is unfortunate that you have to be around the ones from the Haitian culture who are doing all these bad things that make you upset. However, I met people through my work from different cultures who behave the same and even worst. Again, I wish you have the opportunity to meet other people.

Haitians have become a problem to american people.
We have a hard time functioning and living through the problems us americans face daily. Do we need more problems and stress? Please deal with your people, impress, make them realize the inportance of their in another country and have to adjust ot our ways. Adjust to our way of doing things. If they can't stay where they are until they can make that adjustment. Because no one wants this culture here anymore. We are all fed up!!!!!!!!!!!!

Haitians have become a problem to american people.
They send stolen items back to their country, that they shouldn't do, but do it anyway. Knowing no one will check their status and items. How long will this continue, before its recognized and stopped. I don't see other cultures behave like this culture. Others cultures see this daily and they are fed up with it. They have developed a bad rep for themselves.

Haitians have become a problem to american people.
If they can't adhere to our rules, ways, respect our way of living and surviving. They have no business being amongst us. They tell us to shut and leave the areaa we are in at the present time, when they don't want to hear what we tell them. We can't come to their country and do things like that. Why should we allow it here?

They steal at garage sales people's personal items, they steal and lie in the churches, they steal and cheat you at the flea markets that have no citizenship and sell stolen items at flea markets in the south fla areas. Everyone knows this. As they are seen fighting with each other and bickering over price, etc
