I am the applicant of one of those people in 2013 DV LOTTORY progrma . As you know our governmet education curruculum is giving us accepted certuficate and I applied the chance of the Dv - 2013 lottory . I still trying to contact the minstry of ethiopia educatio office with my frinds in the same trakc . The minstry still clearly approved our certificate and trying to discuse the issue with you. I still finding my requst first to God and next to American gov, ethiopian gov . It is the curruculum which is accepted by the ethiopian education minitry but not by the embbasy , (is it fair to compare the forign currululum with undevelped country like ehtiopia , I crrying to God till to give my justice .).
