birth certificate
I was born and raised in Montevideo and moved to Michigan in 1973. I am an American citizen (Naturalized) and I am in need of getting my birth certificate "certified as a true copy" so that I can get it notarized and apostlilled, this is a requirement for international adoption as my wife and I are looking to adopt.
Can you provide this service without me having to travel to Chicago?
Any help is greatly appreciated.
Muchas gracias,

Carlos

Obtain Cedula
I would like to get a Cedula. I was nine years old when I came to the USA but I did not have a Cedula when I came. Would it be possible for me to get a Cedula through your office? Please advice as to how to do this.
Thank you,
Rossana

My husband and I are interested in retiring at least partially to South America. He is a dentist and is wanting to inquire about how to obtain a dental license in your country. Please let me know of your requirements.
Sincerely,
Bette Beard
