the refugees that want leave. they dont deserve to be in Uruguay. Send them back to Syria. They can walk to germany.
As long as you do, very few people will visit. You guys are an easy boat ride from Buenos Aires, and since you are making it such a hassle to travel to your home country, well, here goes your a few thousand bucks on travel, lodging, food, and souvenirs. Your loss.
