I hope this note finds you very well. I am trying to attain a copy of my grandmother's Birth certificate, and her mother's Death Certificate.
My grandmother was born in Montevideo, Uruguay and her mother died in Montevido as well. I have their names and information.
who can I speak with that can help get that information?
