My niece is british,and she have a boyfriend croatian,they want to get married,we dont know what to do any more,te home office is telling us she is 18 years old and she can not apllie for her husband for marriage visa ,she needs to be 21 years old,do they need to take marrage in croatia or uk,please answer,thank you..
