Dear Sir/ Madam,
My parents received a letter stating that their tourist visa was refused based on the insufficient information provided. I am happy to provide the additional information but visa center is being most unhelpful. Please could you explain the process for administrative review? Can we arrange for the interview time and bring all the required information?
This turned out to be a very stressful process for my parents, who have visited me here in the UK many times before without any problems .

I was contact the school in London for an entry in the program of English preparation
I want know it s possible to get a visa here in Saint Petersburg or im must go to my country origin because im not Russian and im here for study too
