I have written before to no avail ,and yet here I sit and try again in hope
As christmas approaches I and my wife face the prospect of being apart.
we have a home here in the uk we are self supporting and ask nothing of this government
and yet we have to face a system that has kept us apart for almost three months , a system designed just to take money from people . A system that puts undue pressure on people marriages ,emotional heartache and financial strain.
Agreed the system wants to keep sham marriages from happening and keep people out of the uk so that uk resources are not effected , my wife and I have been married for almost 3 years and known each other almost 4 so I believe we do not have a sham marriage .
Trying to get information from your office in rio de janeiro is so difficult , just automated replies with slight change or words,
phoning at £1.35 a minute also proves costly and fruitless although the people employed do try .
Its not until you are apart from your loved one that you discover how isolated you both are and how few people actually help you.
I am asking neigh pleading surely as the controlling person /department of your agency in brazil , surely can you not send an email for my wife and myself and make our christmas please . any information is better than nothing .
I need a human with heart to read my pleas not a computer generated reply just think how it would feel if you were in our situation
