Visa for Venezuelan Citizens
My parents are visiting Miami next month and they need to apply for a visa. They have been in London many times in the past but now Visa is required for Venezuelan Citizens. My question is if they could apply for their visa from Miami since there are not consulates in Venezuela at the moment and what they need to do. They are going to stay for a month in Boca Raton. Thanks in advance for your response and help. My email is: jackieamengual@gmail.com

My son went to London to visit he's Sister and my Son in law, He was questioning for an Immigration Officer John Knight.First asking for the return ticket and My Son tell him it is Electronic and he give to this officer all the information they asking, airline and the date of return( March 31 same month) After asking how much money he got,and where he working en Miami. When my Son tell him he working at McDonald he tell him that this Job not make enough Money to let go in the country. What is this?( this is descrimination ) He ask my Son if we have money ( what's the point of this ?) he put my Son in detention for two Long days.and then, this officer ask my son above the status of he's Sister in UK. What's the point of this? ) My son in law is a Citizen of UK and he went to his house on vacation,He have 19 years old and is the first time he travel out the country, he had good concept above this Country, but know they traumatized my son ,and he spend $1,000. Ticket. and ironically they used the same ticket to send him back to US. My Son say they are Racist, treat him as criminal. He prove all the documents they ask, but for them was not enough, but not finish there, they say will send my son via British air line non stop, but they play one more time with my Son and they used the same return ticket of my Son , with 12 hrs conection in Lisbon Portugal, (one of the reason they don't let into the country was the Ticket). I will do a formal Demand under the law, .my Son came very sick, he don't even sleep those days and somebody have to pay for my Son suffering.this is not all, they stole my Son Debit Card ( Bank Account, )from one of the immigration officer. Heathrow airport. My son arrive on March 17 and they release him 20 and Finaly is with us March 21. that is the way they treat American Citizens?

Hi, I've completed the form and already have my appointment to apply for UK visa. I need to know if I'll receive the UK visa the same day or if I'll receive my passport back the same day, because I'm traveling out of the country the next day.

Difficult to Get Through
I tried to apply for a visa online and tried to find the right form. After inputting all the information, no form (error). Then I went into the forms section to see if I could pick a form directly. No form for visitor to the UK. Then I called the UK embassy in DC. No answer for 5 minutes. Then I called the consulate in Miami. Wrong number given on your web site. Not sure what I do next.

UK Asylum Request being made by Miss Bayo Elizabeth Cary AA BA MLIS for herself and her 3 children: Hadiya Elizabeth, Omari Jonathan, and Nadira Helena
08-27-2013 To Whom It May Concern: It is my intention to seek asylum in the UK. I have been tortured here in the USA, with medication that I did not require, to the point of complete retardation of dysfunction, for the past 14 years, and, I have been forced to be homeless for the past, almost 4 years. My children were removed from my care, because of the torture which ensued, and, because I lacked the financial resources to support my family. I have not had a job interview, since 2008, although, I am capable of working, and, I have a Master's Degree. I have had little to no time at all, with any of my 3 children, who are all now in high school, over the past 14 years. I am tired of being homeless, although the medical abuse, within the healthcare system here in the USA, has abated, I am still being refused gainful employment, and safe housing, and access to my 3 children, to whom, I am the sole custodial parent--the sole decision maker according to the court system in Florida--USA. I would like to apply for asylum in the UK, for both myself, and my 3 children. I am having considerable difficulty surviving in the USA with no money, and not much family, and no housing, and no job interviews ever, although I am well qualified to work. I have no mental problems, although I was persecuted here in the USA, for the past 14 years. I just passed another psychological examination, at another hospital here in Phoenix, AZ. How do I apply for asylum online? I am not able to relocate to the UK at this time, in order to apply in an asylum application office in person, however, I could very easily relocate from Phoenix, AZ, closer to the British Embassy and Consulate location in Texas, USA. I could apply in person at the British Embassy location here in Texas, USA. I would not feel comfortable, after what I have suffered, in flying to the Washington, DC area, not at this time. My full legal name is: Miss Bayo Elizabeth Cary, A.A., B.A., M.L.I.S. . I will have a phone number again shortly, until that time, I can only be reached by email, at: belizabethcary@gmail.com . I am completely homeless, and really struggling, without enough financial resources, after years of medical mis-treatment, abuse, torture, and ostrification, to continue to survive, here in the USA. Thank you for your time, and for your immediate attention. I will look for your prompt reply by email. My situation is pressing, and requires an immediate resolve. Thank you again. Sincerely, Miss Bayo Elizabeth Cary, A.A., B.A., M.L.I.S. Email: belizabethcary@gmail.com

Why?
It looks like it's becoming difficult to acquire a visa to travel form the U.S. to U.K. Why?
