NotesYOUR ONLINE FRIEND WAS NOT ARRESTED AT THE AIRPORT.
YOU ARE BEING SCAMMED.

Have you been having conversations online with someone you've never met before who claims to live in the UK? Has he told you that he will come to visit you in Malaysia? And now is he frantically contacting you because he are being held at the airport, and needs you to pay a fine so he can be freed?

It is a scam. There is no romance, and there is nobody being detained at KLIA. The same person who was chatting online with you was also chatting online with many other victims. They are trying to trick you into sending money to an accomplice. Once you have sent the money they will disappear forever. Every year these scammers bilk unsuspecting victims out of thousands of ringgit. Don't be one of them.

Dear friend, it just was a tactic to get attention from you to make sure you struggle to get money to pay for them. Please don't believe. An officers cannot tortured him because we in Malaysia have rules and law. Why must he asking money from you. He can ask help from embassy if this is true. But am sure this are all scam activities. Yes, he will act by crying and shouting and begging you to find money to release him. What happened to me makes me feel responsibility to help others. Believe me, after you pay, he will not calling you anymore and the number he use now, cannot be contact anymore. God bless you purple.

Hye...I hope you don't pay anything to that lady. What happened to me, yes they will always keep calling us to pay the money to release any luggage or item or persons that detained at KLIA. They used the same modus operandi by threatening us to make us scare. I did research for this after what had happened to me last month. Yes, I know and can feel what you're feeling now because its involve feeling to someone that we fall I'm love right. For your information, I asked the custom and immigration personally about this. They said, if the person who called us and admit that they're custom from airport, make sure they called us using OFFICE NUMBER not CELL/HANDPHONE NUMBER. If not, we must be careful because this is really scam activities. They also said that, any payment that asked to be paid, must direct bank in to ROYAL MALAYSIA CUSTOM, not to the PERSONAL ACCOUNT BANK. If they ask to bank in to personal account bank, this is really not true ok. Don't believe them. If the lady still calling you, you can just ignore him. That situation already happened to me. I argued with the lady who called me to ask me to pay again, when am keeping asking and askkng her, she cannot answer me then she hang off the phone. Whatever she said, you just can hear, but don't believe them. Just think, why they use cell number? We know that, its too easy to change phone number to trick others by admitting they are officer and custom from airport. After they manage to get money from us, they will change the other cell number and look for their next victims. Believe and trust me from my experience before this. I just don't want you to be the next victim after what happened to me. May God bless all of us.
