Visa for UK
I am furious to the point I will take legal action against the staff at your department. My sister has been trying to get a visa to come to my mum funeral which is on Friday 5 December 2014. She is fully aware of the documents needed which I have sent to her yet still the staff at the office has sent her away for the 3rd time!!! My home number is 0115 9164772 England!! I want your staff to explain to me the reason for turning her way & why after your staff has taken her money they still not issued her with a visa she only has 2 days to get to UK please explain to me asap or else suffer the consequences of the legal action I will be taking

Land documents
I am trying to get some assistance on the situation my father and his family finds them self in.
My father had placed the land documents for property he owns in the care of ST.ANNE INTEGRATED PEOPLE'S CO-OPERATIVE BANK LTD,Alexandra branch, Alexandra P.O.ST.ANN.
We have a letter responding to a letter sent by my father in 1998 from the then secretary for the bank, in which the bank acknowledges my fathers letter and what the procedures should be to obtain his documents.
In a bazaar turn of events and several letters and phone calls the now administration of the bank can not find his papers and we can not move this issue forward. This land was handed down through the family by his fathers father.
This was what my father Rupert Henry Clarke wanted to do for his family.
We the family of Rupert Clarke wants to know if there are any course of address for the situation we now find ourselves in.
