Technological Innovation Facillitation
This is to request for the facilitation of the development of the technological innovations comprising of a non-combustion which converts mechanical energy into electrical energy without using fossil fuels, A power booster which improves power directly proportional and a phase convertor which converts the a single phase circuit into a three phase circuit in respect of the global energy security and climate change and the millennium development goals (MDGs) objectives. This project requires US$ 105,000. However, in 2005 this project was before the government of Uganda through ministry of energy and mineral development correspondence No. ENG/316/385/01 dated 5th August 2005, ministry of trade and industries correspondence No. IT/137/248/01dated 03/10/2005, Uganda National council for science and technology correspondence TECOM/28 dated 5th May 2005 but, I fail to secure funding because when a project is just a concept it’s hard to prove that it was technically feasible, financially viable and environmentally sustainable. But Nakawa Vocational Training Institute had offered its workshop at zero cost for the development of this project under correspondence No. NVTI/3 dated 19th-07-2005. I am a professor, am just a school dropout from Nakawa Vocational Training Institute but I know that knowledge has no value except gains from its applications because the economic value of a scientifically literate population in the modern economic system is the basic understanding and application of science and technology as the foundation for development. In other words, Education gives access to knowledge but then, it takes wisdom to harness knowledge. Therefore, Education without natural ability is as good as plain chips.
Thank you and God bless you

BIASED ECO'S AT BHC
I applied for a Visa in July 2010 to go for further studies at LSBF for a dual program of ACCA +MBA.Then ECO Mac at Addis Abbaba denied me on grounds that i had submitted a false document i.e bank statement.I re-submitted and he gave me the same response contrary to the acknowledgment of the bank.I then sent in an administrative review to which Susan R discovered to be genuine.I was not issued a Visa.LS BF refused to refund my fees totaling to 5000pounds saying that they base on decisions of the BHC. I have tried to get in touch with UKBA staff in vain.I need help at least from the BHC.kakwendam@accamail.com
