I am Indian national, resident in Oman. I have planned to travel to Dubai with family & applied e-visa under GCC residents in www.gdrfa.ae site on 6th dec,2015. I had received e-visa for my self within 3 days. After long wait, for wife & children, the status was updated as "Documents further required". After reloading the documents for many times, still status is showing "documents required & Full name not furnished". What should I do ?

Hi All,
I am travelling to UAE with my husband and child. I am a housewife and my husbands resident card status permits UAE visa on arrival.
we tried applying for e-visa through web portal. we used GCC residents section for my husbands visa application wherein they asked visa fees. however for my son and me, we used GCC citizens accompanies section for the visa application, in which no visa fees were asked. in both the cases reference number was generated.
I am still not sure if the process we followed is correct.
kindly guide me with the correct process as we will be travelling on 30th November.
Thanks in advance for your valuable inputs.
regards
