EXIT Fee from Batha
I traveled through BATHA border to UAE in 2014 wile exiting there was NO EXIT FEE for CANADIAN but this time they charged me the EXIT FEE while I told them it is free as I already had the experience in near past from the same border (place) the difference was they confirm from officer for NO-FEE last time but this time they insist to pay.

Please let me know if the rules changed; if not please return it to my credit card it was at about 02:00 of 22nd March 2015.
