to all my kabayans,
if you are in the philippines the only way for this red ribbon and attestation is thru DHL, DHL is the only accreditation of the UAE Embassy. ganon tlaga kamahal kc may additional service charge na sinisingil ang DHL.
but if you are already here in UAE, red ribbon should be done in Phil. Consulate for 100 aed, and another 100 aed for the stamping at Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Bur Dubai.
Hope this will help you guys!!!
My daughter needs her birth certificate to be autentacated and stamp from U.A.E embassy. She went directly to DHL branch SM north Manla Phil.. to ask what she should do and how to be able to go to the U.A.E embassy?DHL staffs told to rher that they are the only courier authorized to do the job. They charge my daugther the amount of 1,700 for DFA red ribbon and will be delivered to her home address the following day.For the U.A.E stamp they are asking 4,000 ph to her and 10-15 days waiting to be releasesend .She dont have that amount that time so she sms me and I was so shocked. The hard part was she already paid 1,700 ph to DHL.Is this the right thing to do to a kabayan?I hope we are the last "tanga" if that is the right word. Thank you.

Greetings!
I went to the office of Ministry of Foreign Affairs here in Sharjah to have the stamp of my Red Ribbon (OTR and Diploma)but unfortunately they advise me to send it back to the philippines. Now, I would like to ask if can send my brother in manila and hand carry my documents directly to your office or should I go to DHL? What are the requirements? How much it will cost for the attestation of my Transcript of records and Diploma? How many days it would take?
Kindly reply in this email add sweetjen_070985@yahoo.com as soon as possible.
Thank you and best regards,
