I went to Dubai, UAE in May, 2008 with Visit Visa, but then I worked as Part time Marketing Assistant With Karam Sons company in Mirdif, then came home in September 2008. In November 2010 I went back to Dubai and work at Global Village as Ticketing till February 28, 2011 and came home in Philippines May 2011. Fortunately in November 2011 I worked again at Global village as Customer Service, this time they asked employees to have medical test as part of requirements, but unfortunately, I didn't passed because of Old TB. I was deported in January 15, 2012 and they stamped me with lifetime Banned.
I want to inquire as UAE Ministerial Decrees 28/2010 and 7/2008 indicates that only newcomers are declined employment visa. I am not a newcomer and beside I can prove that It was just an old TB Scar and I can give all medical test that I was cured and I am cured and not a threat. Can you help me find way how to remove my banned and allow me to go back again Dubai. Thank you so much.. Allah bless us..

I would like to request from your good office a certification or letter that will prove that UAE, Philippine embassy do not issue POLICE clearance to previous workers in the Middle East.
I have worked for UAE and served Kuwait Food Company and Spinneys from 1993 to 1997 and 1997 to 2001 Went back to the Philippines in 2001.
The Certification will serve as one of my supporting documents in my provincial nominee to Canada.
I appreciate your kind assistance and willing to pay should there are dues I need to to secure this pertinent document.
