hi.i had my tor and diploma authenticated last march 2011,since it's more than 1 year and i want it to be authenticated by uae embassy,do i still need to renew it or should i get a new one?thank you

I just wanna know if the High School Certificate attestation can lift ban from UAE, and how to process for the attestation of the said Certificate. Actually I already apply for a DFA Authentication but for the College diploma and TOR but since they are asking for the HIgh school certificate I have to comply. And what are the procedure for the Attestation of Documents?
Do I have to submit it personally?
How many days it takes for the attestation?
Is my college diploma and TOR is enough for attestation to lift the Ban?
