ASSISTANC WITH A UGANDAN NATIONAL WHO OWES THE MUNICIPALITY OVER R90 000
a Ugandan National has been staying in my late fatherS house for the last 16(sixteen) years and wa paying rent with him. My father has since died and when we handed the matter to the administers of the estate we found that they owe R8 626.35 for water usage and R82 345.90 in municipal services totalling R90 972.25 this akes me belive that they never paid for the use of municipal services. we would like to know where we can get assisstance to collect this amount as this delays the winding up of my fathers estate and the municipality might decide to sell the house to recoup their loss. please assist.we are sometimes accused of xenophobia once we threaten eviction.

I met an ugandan guy who call himself Laurence and he claim to be a Contractor..I met him on the 12th december and on the 19th december he asked me to tske a loan for him and I did cos I loved him only to find that this man is a cruk bcos till today I didnt hear about him now I have a debt of 224 thousand that I must pay, I think they are targeting Free State women.I dont know his whereabouts at the moment, can u please assist/help me sir/madam
