information
There is a training that will takes place in Uganda from august 10-14/2015 organized by COMESA for member countries so Ethiopia as a member country invited on the Training and all costs are covered by COMESA. Accordingly the Ministry of Finance and Economic Development has Selected two trainees. So we should have a visa that helps us to travel to Uganda. We have an invitation letter sent from COMESA. Is there any criteria to get a visa?

Sourcing of raw hide and skin
I am writing this message on behalf of the Ethiopian leather industry development institute that we have planned to send a group of delegate to see the potential cooperation with respect exporting of finished leather leather and leather products to and to see the possibility of importing of raw hides, skins and semi process from Uganda. To effect this we wrote a letter to to get an ENTRY VISA for 5 persons those from Leather Industry Development Institute, Ethiopian Leather Industry Association and from the private leather sector.
But the VISA section requested to have an Invitation letter from Uganda, it is absolutely right, unfortunately we are not in a position to get an institute or any other firm for this purpose.
We kindly request your esteemed Embassy to assist us in this regard.
Thanking You,
