He has Rwanda visa and we decided also to visit kigoma
Is it possible to apply for visa in Rwanda at your embassy.

I am writing to ask you some
information about two companies or
NGO
whose headquarters are located in
Tanzania as they mention on their
websites.
In fact, my name is MUNYAZIKWIYE
CELESTIN, I am rwandan living in
Kicukiro/Kigali. In April, an NGO called
''Scientist International
Organization-SIO declared that it was
recruiting young scientists
volunteers to the post of ''Awareness
Creation Specialist'',I applied
for the post and I was shortlisted then
selected. I was requested to
pay 20,750RwF for registration,I paid
the total amount. The SIO
training was scheduled to start in
June,2014,but I did not receive any
update info so far.
The second company is called Fast
Service Group-FSG,I applied in it
for the post of ''Flight Attendant'',I was
shortlisted and I passed
the online test within this July,2014 but
now FSG has sent an email to
me requesting me to pay 75,000RwF
via Tigo cash. Because of this
request for money/cost,I thought that
they are con men/cheaters.
So, my question is to know if the
companies/NGO mentioned above are
recognized in Tanzanian Government
and if to pay an amount before
being employed is usual in Tanzanian
companies.
