Refusal of Visa.
i am surprised that i was refused visa. My visit is an academic purpose and specifically to attend a Conference. The reason given was insufficient fund! There is no way i will attend and not buy my ticket.I wanted the visa before commiting myself and making payments which nay not be refunded. i wish to book an appointment again as the Conference date is cloge, Cheers

Evidence of Correspondence
My company applied for visa for two of her staffs to attend the annual sales seminar organised by our partner E.Bachiller S.A.
Mr. Jordi who is Bachiller representative in Spain, told us that he made contact with his embassy in Nigeria concerning our application and he was told by the embassy that they needed evidence of our correspondence.
Base on this my company forwaarded a letter with attached evidence of correspondence to to you through your Email.

Why Investigation for birth certificate for children?
I'm surprised that investigation fee is now charged for children's birth certificate. Why investigation for children and none for adult birth certificate? And the fee charged is too exorbitant.

Collection of fee(s) for services not rendered
I've observed that sometimes when documents are presented at the consulate, fees are collected even when the officers have not concluded whether the service(s) will be rendered or not and when such service is declined, I think the fee should be returned.
