Looking for Portugal Visa
I heard that Spanish embassy is visa counselor her in Ethiopia on behalf of Portugal. I have RI Convention meeting June 22-26/2013 in Lisbon. I can get an invitation letter form the Rotary International registration service. But, I cant find out clear information about the visa requirements to enter Portugal.
So, what visa requirement is need to get Portugal Visa please?
