The way the workers at the Spanish Embassy in Accra treat treat appliicants at the consular section whether submittin application, making inquiry, picking document or for any reason, is not proper. Right from Security check point to the interview desk. Interestingly all most of these people are Ghanaians.
Te shouting, confusing and disrespectful attitude by some of them need to be worked on. If the people who work there are not trained to their jobs, please give them the appropriate training.

i wont to know why when ever we ask permition from goviano de enpanna to help us to bring our family from Ghana to hear they will prove it here for us,but when it reaches your place, you dont want to give them visa for them to come why.more 6 mouths,why please.

How feasible will it be to enable booking for appointments online?
Cleints begin to queue just to book for appointment as early as 2:00am at the vagaries of the weather and may not even get served. Some elements who have no business at the Embassy are capitalising on this unfortunte situation to make make money by coming at mid-night to create a list of Ghost names and go back to the comforts of their beds only to reapear during working hours to sell these solts to desprate cleints.
It will be appreciated if you could put a notice on your board to abolish the list system and base your services to cleints on first come first serve basis (i.e Physical appearance)
i gather that your embassy can help me acquire a visa to Slovenia. i would like to know if that's true and if that's the case what do u require from me to apply for an exchange program in Slovenia
