I thought this was a scam when I saw it. But I just thought I would check on the web to see if others have had him. It worries me because my mother gets these and she is getting on and gets confused and I have to stop her from these scammers. They have no morals what do they hope to get is what I am wondering.

Good day,
I am Richard Traut. I have emailed you earlier on without any response from you. On my first email I mentioned about my late client Daniel, whose relatives I cannot get in touch with. But both of you have the same last name so it will be very easy to front you as his official next of kin. I am compelled to do this because I would not want the finance house to push my clients funds into their treasury as unclaimed inheritance. If you are interested you do let me know so that I can give you Comprehensive details on what we are to do.
Sincerely,
Richard Traut.
(I marked it as spam right away)
This is an email I received today.Good day Heather,
I am Richard Traut. I have emailed you earlier on without any response from you.On my first email I mentioned about my late client Daniel Wagg, whose relatives I cannot get in touch with. But both of you have the same last name so it will be very easy to front you as his official next of kin.I am compelled to do this because I would not want the finance house to push my clients funds into their treasury as unclaimed inheritance. If you are interested you do let me know so that I can give you Comprehensive details on what we are to do.
I found it weird that they didn't have the resources to find out I had this name by marriage. I have been scammed before and once bitten twice shy.
