What is the best way to contact the HC, as emails and phone number given on website etc lead nowhere.
Why do you not answer your phone - how is one supposed to make an appointment if you wont answer your phone - you are holding people prisoner with no alternative ability to get a passport renewed ??? Please take some responsibility here and at least give us an alternative to renew our passports if you are unable to help.

Answer the telephone during the hrs stipulated on your website . Email address is non functional - messages come back undelivered. .Different to services in NZ
Telephone number is not contactable. Zero response to emails.
How can a consulate serivce be unreachable?
Applied for my sons passport renewal almost a year ago and still no clarity progress.

My family and I applied for renewal of passports in October 2017. My son and I received ours in April 2018. However my Husbands passport is yet to be received in 2019. No amount of phone calls to the consulate can inform what the problem is. Emails are unanswered even though I have notification it is read. I am sorely tempted to ask the NZ & SA media to seek the answers for me.
My South African passport expires in October 2019 and trying to understand what the process is. I live in Auckland and would appreciate advice on what to do< what forms to fill in and do I need to go to Wellington to get the process done.

It's over a year, and I still did not receive my passport. The staff not helpful in resolving the problem.
Perhaps they should outsource this dept to another 4th world country
