Hi. I need to apply for a new South African passport. This embassy is unhelpful and HK is worse. My concern is that I live in Foshan and embassy is in Beijing and Shanghai. And as we know you cannot travel in China without your passport and current visa. Anyone have any suggestions on the fastest way to getting a new passport without going back home?
